Cancellation Policy

1. Payments Payment must be made in full prior to the coaching session or coaching package commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time, although changes will not affect coaching packages already purchased. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and may not be refunded. 3.. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions. Coaching packages are generally non-refundable once coaching has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any exceptional refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 4. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
